Tank planning is a set of tradeoffs: a resource pool, defensive stats and a manageable block cost. Keep those decisions visible as your build changes.

Lower can be better

Block cost uses a maximum comparison. A lower value meets the target; exceeding the target creates a gap. The calculator supports ranges as well, where going above the upper bound is not counted as an improvement.

Preserve the old build

Save a snapshot before changing gear or resource allocation. History retains its patch, role and benchmark tier even if you later edit the build. The comparison shows raw stat changes without assuming that every increase is beneficial.
