At 20 stacks, Blight Seed explodes, dealing 667 Disease Damage to the target and nearby enemies, increasing by 150% per additional monster hit, up to 600%. The explosion scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage and can occur once every 1 second. Enemies can only have one Blight Seed active at a time.
